Frequently Asked Questions

In the painting business
for 31 Years
1) How much will it cost to complete my painting project? We will always provide you with a complete written proposal
that clearly states the cost of the work. The price does not change unless you approve a change or add-on.
2) How
long will it take to complete my painting project? Our bid will give you the amount of time needed to complete all work.
We take pride in finishing our jobs on time.
3) How soon can Webb Painting Services begin my painting project? We
can supply you this information at the time of the bid. We strive to meet your schedule.
4) Can I choose the brand
of paint you will use? We will always try to cater to your preferences. If you have a special request, please let
us know when the bid is being done. Is there a brand you prefer? We use only quality grade paints... never the "cheap
paint". We normally use Sherwin-Williams, Pittsburgh, or Kelly-Moore paints.
5) Are there things I can do to save
money on my painting project? We are a full service painting company, but if you wish to do some things to save money, you might
consider taking down window blinds and coverings, removing pictures from the walls, emptying bookcases, etc. We will be happy
to suggest specific ways to save on your particular job... just ask.
6) Will you consider "off the wall" ideas or special
needs that might be out of the ordinary? As a custom painting service, we will be happy to tailor a painting project to
meet special situations.
7) Will you help me decide what color and texture combinations will work best in my situation?
I am always happy to give input and make suggestions that will help you select your colors and textures.
8) I have heard
of instances where a homeowner gave a contractor money up front and the the contractor did not finish the job. How can I avoid
this? We have never failed to finish a job that we started... ever. We do not ask for any substantial money up front.
Never more than a small deposit to cover materials. You pay us only for work that has been done. Our reputation is a sacred
thing and we will never risk tarnishing that.
